We are a fast-paced, high-flying, athletic team that loves to
play the up-tempo style.
DEFENSE:
-Full Court Defense
-Trapping Defense
-Speed our opponent up
-Pressure 94 feet
-Deny up to 23 feet away from the basket
-LOCK DOWN AND TAKE THE OPPONENT OUT OF WHAT THEY WANT TO
RUN!!
OFFENSE:
-Push the ball in transition
-Drive and kick basketball
-Shoot the 3 ball
-Crash the offensive glass
-Run the floor and get early baskets
I believe we are one of the best conditioned teams in the
country and I believe that with our up-tempo style of play and
our pressure defense, we will wear down our opponent night in
and night out. I tell our guys we might not wear them down the
first 5 minutes of the game, maybe not the first half, but
eventually if we keep the pressure up, we will wear them down
and be able to take control of the game...
